4. Automatic centralized lubrication system composed of high quality lubrication components, with oil out alarm.
5. Stainless steel hopper, drying hopper for choice.
6. Micro-processor professional controller. Multiple language for choice
7. Adopt waterproof and sealed cabinet, electric parts from famous maker are used to ensure quality
8 Widen safety door to accommodate the core pulling cylinder of the PVC mould
9. Two groups of core pulling devices, including 2 sets of in/ out hose fittings for core cylinder connectivity
10. Hardened chromed nozzle, large nozzle hole that ensures product flow and volume
11. Hardened chromed special screw for PVC powder, excellent plasticizing and highly corrosion resistant
12. Barrel fitted with blower to ensure precise temperature control with an even narrow melt range
13. Oversized hydraulic motor matched to meet the large torque requirements needed for plasticising PVC
