This twin screw film granulator is from Taizhou City Jiaojiang Longxiang Plastic Machine Factory. It is speciallized in recycling film. Well, common film granulator can not make high capacity, as it is single screw. Now we adopt double screw, it can resolve the problem of eating pre-material. When machine start, two screw all roate, so it is good for eating more pre-material and plastization. So, it can make high output and good film pellet. Now we adopt two steps machine, but if you need cut the machine price down, also can make single step machine, capacity also not much less than two steps machine.

1. Double screw 155mm, 15/1 (L/D), its material is quality nitrited steel (38CrMoAlA), heat treated, nitrited treated, surface hardness HV900, depth 0.5-0.7mm. Outer diameter of two screw is 360mm.

Down machine:

1. Shaft130mm, 10/1 (L/D), its material is quality nitrited steel (38CrMoAlA), heat treated, nitrited treated, surface hardness HV900, depth 0.5-0.7mm. Outer diameter of screw is 180mm.
