Every day we will consume a larg bottles of milk. But how to fill the fresh milk into the plastic bottles quickly? There are the professional filling machine for this complicated process.
Now let me show you the whole process in the Holt Farm of British by the following pictures.
Holt Farm is located just off a terraced street, it is litterally in Rishton. It has the playinging fields adjoining their land.
Mark, head herdsman and Goerge one of the milkers, get time for a quick chat while the next row of cows are making their way in to the stalls. George has his own beef farm but is employed here as a milker, they have a very good working relationship.
George setting the milking machine and starting the cluster. The keypad he is tapping into also has a display to show how much milk is being taken.
At the end of a long milking session George cleans down the whole milking parlor. This is done with a cleaning agent sprayed through at a high psi with very hot water.
This plastic filling machine fills the plastic bottles and puts the appropriate lids on. They then go off on a conveyor belt to be labelled. Milk in plastics is processed mainly for shops and businesses, this makes up most of the production of the dairy.
